We're opening up a roastery in Mumbai and need a dynamic, talented individual to lead our new office.
Major Responsibilities :
- Oversee the set up of our Mumbai roastery and grow business across the city
- Drive B2B sales (cafes, restaurants, retailers, etc) throughout Western region.
- Build, manage and oversee operational team to roast and deliver coffee
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies
- Represent Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters at local, regional events and with local, regional PR
- Manage regulatory concerns and local governments
Candidate Specifications :
- 3+years of experience with Sales/Marketing/Operations Background from FMCG/Hospitality Industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee is desirable but candidates with basic knowledge but willingness to learn are also welcome
- Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable pitching to senior level executives
- Must be data-driven, with sound analytical thinking
- Relevant experience in consumer marketing is helpful
