Job Role :
The company is looking for bright, creative and analytical team member to lead growth initiatives across departments. Through rigorous analysis, you will identify new products, channels and customers to drive business objectives and create and execute go-to-market strategies for each. You will work directly with co-founders and business heads covering online, offline and international verticals.
Responsibilities : - Conduct internal and external research to identify key growth opportunities and new revenue streams across product offerings, channel presences and customer bases.
- Managing all projects in an organised and systematic manner while anticipating and eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery and launch of initiatives.
- Analyze and disseminate past project learnings to improve future execution.
- Build predictive revenue forecasts based on data analysis and technology.
- Create and managing KPIs for each project's success and report and monitor on progress.
- Work with business heads on developing solutions and systems to increase efficiency and drive accountability. Build and foster a culture of growth and achievement.
- Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of projects, and refine the process flow based on on-ground feedback.
Desired Qualification : - 6+ years of work-experience
- BTech from IITs and NITs or MBA from IIMs, XLRI, IIFTs, ISB
- Analytical mindset and natural problem solving skills, focused on a systems and processed-based approach.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Data-driven with a strong eye detail
