We are looking for an analytics-driven individual to lead our digital business efforts.
The role will entail:
- This role is part Business part Digital Marketing, working directly with the CEO
- Responsibility and owernship of digital / online P&L and key metrics
- Develop, lead and execute the brands digital sales strategy
- Work closely with the founders to develop overall business strategy
- Provide data driven insights on customer behaviour and preferences
- Manage digital marketing, including execution of campaigns across channels
- Create processes to better integrate digital business with overall brand and other departments
- Set up digital business team
Required experience :
- 5+ years experience working in eCommerce, in either a marketing or category management role
- Strong business fundamentals, prior P&L ownership is a plus
- Proficient in data handling and analysis
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics (ability to set up code a big plus!)
- Proficient at paid acquisition channels - Google AdWords, Facebook
- A clear understanding of channel strategy, and the appropriateness of each channel
- Experience in developing and executing digital campaigns from strategy to final user touchpoints
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- A general interest in coffee
- A start up mindset and willingness to pitch in to help with other areas as needed
