Qualification: B.E. Civil

1. Experience in Tendering and Estimation for Commercial/Infra project Civil side.

2. Continuously interact and build rapport with consultants / IDEACs

3. Continuously look out for information on New Market opportunities, Competition, Segment Growth, New Players Entry, etc.

4. Ensure proper cost estimation.

5. Experience in Tendering & Estimation for Commercial & Data Centre projects.

6. Preferabley candidates from the relevant industry backgrounds.
