PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Responsible to generate business for the Line of Business by achieving targets and following up the payments. Retaining high end customers and converting them for long term relationships. Responsible for territory and market development.
- Should have experience in sale of PCB Depanaling machines, X - Ray machines for electronics industry, Stencil and PCB cleaning machines, Environmental Test Chambers.

Educational Qualification Essential : Graduate Engineer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Accountability:
1. Responsible for generating sales and to generate business, and concentrate on growth and profit for the Line of Business.
2. Working knowledge of terms of payment, Capital Employed, maintain positive cash-flow & Works Contract Act.
3. Book orders from the customers and involved in the complete documentation for process.
4. Thorough with the product/system specifications and physical properties.
5. Focus on concept selling and profitability of the organization
6. Develop a good knowledge of the market trends; demand, competition and prices
7. Have good insights for imports and exports of the various products
8 .Ensure the product delivery on time to the customers
9. Identifying dealers
Skill Development:
Improve the knowledge base and skills by attending Technical and behavioural training program for effective performance for the general growth of the Line of Business
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve a Booking VA as per the set target
- Maintain Avg Capital Employed
- Adhere to payment Terms and faster/ Timely collection - Maintain average DBO of 75 days for running accounts
- Generate and monitor the sales Funnel
