The role would require skills in research design - including research planning, sampling design, and questionnaire construction, and market research program management, and client servicing.
- Successful market research manager / assistant manager, with a proven track record of working on large global / local primary quantitative research projects
- At least 4 years of experience in market research as a quantitative primary researcher, of which at least 2 years should be with a research supplier
- Exposure to online quantitative primary market research
- Strong primary market research program management skills and ability to work across multiple vendors and stakeholders across the globe
- Good understanding of market research concepts, ability to discuss on research techniques, methodologies etc., with stakeholders
- Technology sector experience
- Must be familiar with multivariate analytic concepts and understand what business questions can be addressed by different types of multivariate analysis - ability to actually conduct these types of analysis is not required.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Secondary research experience
Desirable skills :
- Knowledge of Statistical software (SPSS, Minitab etc)
- Exposure to primary research in international markets would be an added advantage
