Manager of Growth Hacking
Reports to Co- Founder & CMO
The Manager of Growth Hacking will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative strategies and tactics to accelerate the growth of the company. This includes conducting market research, experimenting with new growth hacks, and analyzing data to optimize growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's growth hacking strategy, including identifying new growth opportunities and developing innovative tactics to pursue them
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to inform growth hacking efforts
- Experiment with new growth hacks and test their effectiveness, using tools such as A/B testing and data analysis
- Analyze data to optimize growth efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacking trends and technologies, and incorporate new tools and techniques into the growth hacking strategy as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in growth hacking, with a proven track record of successful growth hacks
- Strong knowledge of growth hacking tools and techniques, including market research, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience with project management and team management
