Designation: Business Head

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Business Unit and own the P&L.

- Enhance/develop and implement SOPs/systems/Product that will improve the overall operations and effectiveness of the Business Unit.

- Lead brand planning as well as digital strategy.

- Work towards achieving operational and financial objectives.

- Participate in the development and preparation of annual and half-yearly business plans and budgets.

- Responsible for retention of existing clients and drive acquisition of new business.

- Lead and direct the following functions: Account Planning/Strategy, Client Servicing/Account Management, New Business Development, Product Management, Media, International Expansion.

Person Specifications:

- Post-graduate from a reputed institution with 7+ years of experience.

- Experience in the Internet-based product / E-commerce / Digital Marketing with domain expertise in product management and digital or advertising environment.

- A solid understanding of multi-channel customer journeys and how digital can enrich the overall brand experience.

- Entrepreneurial, result focused and pro-active attitude.

- Prior experience working on New Business Development pitches is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities while managing a diverse portfolio.

- Should be able to work under pressure and drive work items to closure.
