Job Profile :
- We are looking for someone who is a master of solution-based selling, understands how to leverage data, set processes to set up, automate and scale a sales team.
- In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the specifications of our services, assessing clients needs and demonstrating our marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Ideal candidate would have previously led a marketing startup's sales team. To ensure success as a Senior Manager, Sales, you should exhibit extensive sales experience in a marketing solutions environment, as well as have good knowledge of Crypto industry trends.
Responsibilities :
Selling and scaling :
- Ability to perform and train the art of solution-based selling, we are looking for a sales manager who would not only lead the team but also be speaking and closing potential clients as an individual
- Identifying market opportunities and developing & qualifying sales leads. The Good news - Blockwiz has worked with 100+ clients and we are well known, your role is to look for new ideas and opportunities and create outbound systems
How to sell :
- Optimize sales pitches and service demonstrations regularly
- Leveraging company assets and training guidelines to provide market leading client experience
Processes :
- Hire, train and continue to set processes to automate and build a more efficient and effective sales team
- Be good with CRMs, Tech, AI tools
- Be amazing with spreadsheet tools
Follow ups :
- Set the example in the duration, style, and wittiness in following up - the money is in the follow ups ensuring follow ups from the sales team are done too
Reports :
- Leverage data to create sales dashboards and projections for growth
- Tracking and achieving sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics
Requirements :
- Show your pleasing and likeable personality . After all you'll be representing us to people across the globe
- Proactive nature, strong work ethic and the ability to work independently - this is crucial to success for the role
- Fundamental understanding of the Crypto world - Blockchain and Cryptocurrency ecosystems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in digital marketing services, technology sales, website design and development is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Got the OCD for Grammar? Good.
- Experience in using CRM Platforms / Sales enablement platforms (Duh!)
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales /Inside Sales and or Business Development is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in leading a Sales team; preferably in a startup.
