Job Description:

- Strategizing and executing growth initiatives whether building partnerships, setting planning marketing programs, or managing the community

- Designing and creating processes for keeping the trains running in areas including Account Managers, Strategy and Delivery.

- Establishing processes that promote company efficiency, and support company culture and values.

- Identify & manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risk

- Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies

- Support new crypto initiatives from an operational, risk, and compliance perspective

- Partner with our customer experience and content teams to continuously improve crypto-related customer communications

- Ensure customers receive exceptional execution quality

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience working in a fast past environment in the Crypto/web3 space

- People management experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
