We are looking for a self-driven Project Manager. The primary role of a Project Manager is to ensure quality deliverables from project initiation to close assisting the scrum team and capture status. The ideal candidate has managed a large portfolio of projects and thrives in a fast-paced working environment:- Basic Requirements:&nbsp; - Planning Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Prioritizing tasks, Setting deadlines and assigning team members to various deliverables. - Making and organizing calendars for the team. - Preparing Daily/Weekly reports on the status of each project and managing sprints and following Scrum. - You should have the ability to successfully deliver multiple simple and complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. - You should consider yourself to have executive-level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Manage and communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them. - Create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members. - Identify key milestones and report on progress towards those milestones. - Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding project change requests and outstanding issues. - Identifies risks/opportunities throughout the project and highlights them for stakeholder discussions. - Evaluates the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase and identifies best practices and continuous improvement opportunities. - Provide sustainable value by improving the efficiency of how projects are managed and monitored to avoid potential failure. - Ability to prioritize tasks, Define &amp; Monitor key success criteria for projects that make it clear to the organization whether a project team is on track or in need of additional support. - Introduce &amp; Implement common processes, methodologies, and tools as a set of standards for team members to follow, allowing them to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner. - Creates and reports dashboard metrics on a monthly basis for executive leadership review. - Provide required support &amp; guidance to the project team (s). - Manage, guide, mentor, motivate, and assist company personnel toward the accomplishment of project goals. - Should have managed multiple projects and generate substantial reports for the leadership team - Implement a suitable and optimum process framework for the execution, delivery, and support of company projects. - Monitor the health of all projects on three key parameters cost, time, and quality, and propose timely corrective actions, when needed. Required Skills and Knowledge : - 5-10 Years of relevant experience. - PMP CSM Certified preferred - Excellent experience in Agile and SCRUM - Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, etc. - Good Project Management Skills - Strong communication and documentation skills - Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Team &amp; Time Management - Must be organized and can manage projects of varying length
