Job Description :
1. Developing and strengthening relationship with Existing and Prospective Client across geographies
2. Meeting Financial Institutions internationally for developing of new relationships and existing relationships and also for Transaction specific closures.
3. Supporting the team in problem solving with solution driven approach
4. Last mile pitching and on-boarding of new clients sourced by Business sourcing teams for closure of mandates
5. Implementing strategies for the team formulated by the Management .
6. Analysis and review of the financial statements, identifying areas of concerns and recommending suitable strategic plans for addressing the concerns.
7. Capture prospect and market needs and trends and consult with executive leadership and internal teams.
Work Requirement :
- Master's degree with 10-12 years of related experience in Sales and Business Development in Corporate Banking/ Investment Banking
- Good understanding of Credit/Corp Finance
