Job Description:
- Develop and strengthen relationship with Existing and Prospective Client across geographies. Our clients include governments, corporates, and financial institutions.
- Create and manage new deals flow & originate new client engagements that fits company strategy.
- Lead on a variety of transactions across all sectors for mandates sourced in house or for strategic clients of the company.
- Develop solution proposals for client requirements.
- Facilitate dialogue between client and various project execution teams with respect to documentation and provide support at all stages of deal closure.
- Analyse and review the financial statements, identify areas of concerns, and recommend viable solutions.
- Implement agreed strategies for new business lines or strategic partnerships/ alliances.
- Capture prospect market needs & global trends in consultation with executive leadership.
- Lead and guide a team of high motivated and enthusiastic finance professionals.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales /BD and Relationship Management
- Experience from Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Front Office Treasury of Financial Institutions
- Good understanding of Credit/Corporate Finance and global market trends
- Agile to build deep understanding of diverse and bespoke product portfolio and offer solutions to clients
- Ability to manage key client relations and large network base
- Solution driven approach to convert requirements of the clients into viable business opportunity.
- Strong people management and time management skills
- Excellent communicator and Quick thinker
- Master's degree in Finance / professional qualification in Finance
