- We need proactive, motivated and confident professionals having strong Communication skills with 3+ years of experience with Banks/ NBFCs/Investment Banks/Corporate Finance in Corporates or other such financial institutions.

- Candidate should be able to meet and maintain good relations with the clients

- Ability to work with and lead a team and the ability to work under high-pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together.

- The candidate should have experience in structuring the deal, drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents, especially in the Real Estate Sector

- The candidate should have a strong understanding of contract laws, interpretation of a statute, security-related laws and processes, NBFC and banking regulations, SARFAESI, Companies Act and IBC.

- The role will involve assisting the Business Team on various on-going issues and provide relevant regulatory updates from time to time.

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in real estate diligence or investing from an NBFC/ Fund/ Bank or reputed a law firm
