- We need proactive, motivated and confident professionals having strong Communication skills with 3+ years of experience with Banks/ NBFCs/Investment Banks/Corporate Finance in Corporates or other such financial institutions.

- Candidate should be able to meet and maintain good relations with the clients

- Ability to work with and lead a team and the ability to work under high pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together.

- Candidate with 5+ years - experience in accounts, finance & treasury functions in an NBFC

- Excellent understanding of Indian Accounting standard and Financial Controls

- Candidate is responsible for ensuring that appropriate financial and accounting standards and internal controls are in place

- Preparing Financial statements and notes to accounts/disclosures as per Indian Accounting standard

- Getting books of account audited as per Indian Accounting standard

- Implementing Indian Accounting standard compliance accounting system

- Managing day-to- day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization

- Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management

- Maintaining relationship with Banks and developing new Banking relationships

- Manage, Monitor & Optimization of overall Finance, Transaction charges and Interest Cost for all Banking facilities including debts, & Working Capital.

- Making of the Finance Budget.

- Ensure availability of funds for the day-to-day operations and ensuring payment obligations for all funding requirements of internal and external commitments of the Company
