We need proactive, motivated and confident professionals having strong Communication skills with 3+ years of experience with Banks/ NBFCs/Investment Banks/Corporate Finance in Corporates or other such financial institutions.

- Candidate should be able to meet and maintain good relations with the clients

- Ability to work with and lead a team and the ability to work under high pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together.

- Relevant experience of at least 3 years in the NBFC/Banking domain

- Must take ownership of execution of all processes pre-& post disbursement

- To improve operational efficiency of various teams by reviewing and measuring performance against internal & external benchmarks

- Active Creation/Updation and Monitoring of policies and ensuring transactions are executed as per the policies

- Identify potential Red Flags and taking pro-active steps to ensure compliance with policies
