BlackSoil - Associate/Senior Associate - Internal Audit

- Blacksoil Capital has so far disbursed more than ~INR 475 Crores across 30+ deals in seventeen months of operation and has successfully exited from 10 deals. Our core competencies are Venture Debt, Structured Debt, Real Estate Funding and SME Funding

- We need proactive, motivated and confident professionals having strong Communication skills with 3+ years of experience with Banks/ NBFCs/Investment Banks/Corporate Finance in Corporates or other such financial institutions.

- Candidate should be able to meet and maintain good relations with the clients

- Ability to work with and lead a team and the ability to work under high-pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together.

- Provide management with a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality audit and assurance service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work.

- Identify key Control Deficiencies and develop solutions to avoid recurrence

- Monitor and control auditing staff.

- Proficiency in handling a wide spectrum of activities encompassing finalization of accounts, reviewing internal systems & procedures and extending remedial actions/suggestion for improvement of the same;

- 3+ years of corporate level audit experience

- Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques; Deep Understanding of Accounting and Audit Standards
