BlackBuck was founded in 2015 by Rajesh Yabaji (IIT Kharagpur alumnus, previously worked with ITC), Ramasubramaniam B (previously MD- Meibach Consulting, APAC ) and Chanakya Hridaya (an IIT Kharagpur alumnus, previously worked with ITC), with an idea to build an online marketplace platform for freight.

- Candidates with 4 years of experience into HRBP/ HR Business Partner.

- MBA from a premier institute/ Tier 1, ( 2011 to 2013 Passed out )

- Notice Period not more than 30 Days

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development, implementation, and evolution of the organizational strategy.

- Partner with corporate teams to continuously improve programs such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.

- Partner with talent acquisition to meet the headcount growth goals for the organization, including interviewing, assessing and onboarding.

- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention and employee experience

Basic Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience with HR Practices, Policies, and Laws

- Demonstrated experience effectively building work relationships

- Demonstrated experience applying influencing and decision making skills

- Demonstrated experience building credibility with clients

- Demonstrated experience applying organizational skills

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and show initiative

- Demonstrated experience interpreting policies and practices

- Demonstrated experience navigating complex situations, holding crucial conversations

- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
