We are hiring Commercial Finance Manager at BlackBuck.

Job Location: Bangalore

Exciting Commercial Finance Manager role based in Bangalore overlooking a transnational finance team whilst having full ownership of accounts production and financial analysis. This role is looking for a dynamic and proactive Finance Manager to lead the team but also bring about additional efficiency's through process improvement and the use of best practices.

Job Description:

Commercial Finance Manager duties and responsibilities;

- Manage the finance team, leading the proactive improvement of processes

- Prepare group accounts

- Assist in producing the financial statements

- Produce accurate financial reports

- Oversee the credit control function of two managing the cash flow, cash procedures and bank reconciliations

- Manage the cashiering and Accounts Payable teams

- Up skill the current team and be involved in recruiting new staff, appraisals and training

- Compile KPI's for regular review with the team

- Ensure accuracy of the teams preparation and posting of inter company transactions

Essential and desirable experience:

- 5-7 years of staff management or experience In a team leader/supervisory position

- Experience of presenting financial and management information, driving strategy

- Experience producing accounts from start to finish or exposure to group accounting

- Attention to detail on your own work and that of the team

- Strong excel and IT systems capability

- A personable and friendly character with the ability to stay calm under pressure
