BlackBuck - Associate Manager - Payment

- Managing funds with all the banks and daily payments for business operations.

- Manage day to day Payment operations for the business. Daily fund position requirement, maintaining adequate liquidity and improving yields with optimum fund allocation.

- Performing daily bank reconciliation and taking actions on open items.

- Define and align team responsibilities, monitor performance against set targets, support team to drive process improvements.

- Handle all Payment escalations and faster resolution.

- Liaising with banks for signatory additions/deletion, bank guarantee issuance, change in any banking mandates etc.

- Closely work with FinTech team to test any product change, training to overall Payment team.
