Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for handling and monitoring day to day operations in an assigned group of cities
- Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, core operations and finance functions
- Responsible for recruiting and building the area specific ground operations team to ensure smooth ground level operations.
- Training and equipping the operations team to conduct their day to day tasks Train and guide ground operations team towards easy and quick technology adoption
- Responding for handling ad-hoc on-ground situations
- Acting as communication bridge between the ground operations and the company head quarters
- See himself/herself growing in the organisation to handle increasing number of cities
Requisite Qualification and experience:
- An under-graduate or post-graduate degree from premier educational institutions like IITs, NITs and BITs Pilani with 1-3 years of team leading experience in a fast paced startup.

- A core multi-tasker at heart
- An emphatic team leader with excellent communication and written skills.
