Freight Platform:
A platform where Shippers and Fleet Operators sign up to execute freight transactions. BlackBuck's core value proposition for both Shippers and Fleet Operators is - Instant availability, Fair and Transparent Pricing, and Seamless Experience.
Services Platform:
Platform with host of services and infrastructure around freight, thus making trucking easy and effective.
Services for Fleet Operators catering to all their trucking needs (Fuel, Tyres, Toll, Trip Expenses, Insurance, Lubricants, etc.). The market potential of all trucking supplies in India is ~50 BnUSD and BlackBuck aims to garner a majority share by offering a holistic fleet management solution to the fleet operators
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the business development for fuel card segment for the specific region.
- Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, on boarding and service delivery.
- Responsible for achievement of the overall business financial metrics for the region.
- Building and managing a team of high performance direct sales associates.
- Relationship management & troubleshooting issues for on boarded customers.
- Driving key initiatives focused on improving the revenue penetration in existing customers & customer retention.
- Presenting the regional business performance in the fuel segment in business reviews and cascading the action items.
- Driving the margins at the regional level for the fuels card business.
