Marketplace Manager
Role & responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of products.
- Timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Analyzing sales data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights and recommendations for business improvement
- Managing the flow of orders and coordinating with different departments
- Maintaining hygiene for all marketplace platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and increase organic visibility.
- Discount analysis and discount uploading marketplaces
- Mapping of sale events on marketplaces and suggesting the plan of action accordingly
- Channelizing cataloging process and product life cycle
- Achievement of monthly sales targets from the e-commerce channel.
- Work with brand teams to align product offers and promotions from time to time in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan, develop and manage exclusive range and styles for E-commerce channels & also specific to the portal.

- MS Office
- Expertise in cataloging and inventory operations
