1. Responsible for end to end Performance Management process involving co-ordination with employees and other stake holders to ensure implementation of a fair and just performance management system.
2. Designs basic compensation structures in the organization aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
3. Monitor the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
4. Recommend changes in employment policies, processes, and practices
5. Design, evaluate and implement compensation and benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements;
6. Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, increments and bonus planning
7. Creates robust job descriptions.
8. Undertake job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
9. Designs effective reward and recognition systems to create a culture of appreciation in the organization.
