- Annual Regional Brand Expansion Plan
- Achieve Budgeted target of new stores / door additions
- SSPD- Re-sizing, relocation
- Rent-To-Sale Ratio- Rent Negotiation / Renewals
Functional skills required:
- ROI management
- Feasibility reporting and pay back mechanism
- Coordinating with Projects, Legal and Commercial teams to deliver projects on time
- Sound knowledge of Legal due diligence
Managerial Skills required:
- Proficiency in Data Analysis
- Peer Management-Brand, Channel, Associates
- Must possess Project Management skills, Time management skills, Negotiation Skills, Networking Skills
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Open to travel and market visits is a must
