JD:
- We are looking for an experienced Compensation Specialist with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in total rewards.
- In this role, you will design, implement, and manage compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.
- You will collaborate closely with HR business partners, finance, legal, and senior management to ensure that our compensation strategies attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, and benefits, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and senior management to develop compensation policies and programs.
- Analyse compensation data, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Review and update compensation structures to ensure they are equitable and aligned with organizational goals.
- Administer and manage salary review processes, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
- Provide guidance to HR business partners and managers on compensation decisions, salary reviews, and job evaluations.
- Utilize HRIS and compensation management systems to manage and track compensation data.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Analyst, or Senior Analyst, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
