- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Steel sector (Billets/Scrap/Sponge).
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets along with cross-selling different products.
- Keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions Staying up-to-date on steel industry trends and competitors.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Understanding the market and implementing a sales plan to acquire new clients, increase revenue and wallet share in acquired clients month on month.
- The sales plan should also aim at consistently bringing in highly profitable clients so as to increase the profitability month on month.
- Ensuring customer delight & booking repeat orders.

Will Make You a Good Fit:
- The candidate should have prior experience of 6-10 years in hunting B2B clients and onboarding them.
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Experience in fast-moving B2B Steel Billets, Sponge Iron or Scrap sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills
