Roles & Responsibilities:

A smart data-driven approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced organization

- Analyze data to solve problems for efficiency, accelerated growth, system adoption and process orientation in different teams ranging from sales & vendor management to finance, marketing & operations

- Research different markets and analyze potential growth opportunities for the company and suggest long term & short term strategic plans

- Creating effective and accurate Reports & Dashboards using tools like Tableau or if required other statistical languages like R or Python

- Communicate effectively with teams to understand problems and drive data-driven decision making within an organization for better results.

Skills & Requirements:

- Understanding of different business functions and their strategic growth requirements

- Preferably 2-4 yrs of Experience in Data analytics as - Business Intelligence Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Data Analyst/ Management Trainee/ Business Associate/ etc

- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Advanced Tableau and at least intermediate level R or Python

Soft Skills: Good Communication & Articulation, Fast Learner, Flexible, Hard Working and Structured Thought Process

Tier 1 undergraduate technical & MBA colleges – IITs, NITs, NSIT, IIITs, ISI, IIM A,IIM B,IIM C, ISB etc.
