What are we looking for:

- This role is for Associate Director - Sales for the West and South India Region based out of Mumbai (Critical).

- We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual who will build the customer side Supply chain finance portfolio for BizongoFin by building a B2B lending portfolio, leveraging the platform's innovative and unique credit distribution models.

- Actively engages with Key Senior stakeholders CFOs, Head of Treasury and Finance Treasury and SCF Heads of various Anchor Corporates and provide Supply Chain Finance Solutions to them.

- The KRA includes, building customer portfolios of mid market customers and large corporates for lending, Anchor program initiation, actualization and activation and fresh business acquisition.

- Understands client requirements and has ability to structure the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs

- Result oriented and growth focused, ability to orchestrate the effective negotiation, closure and on the ground operationalization of the programme by ensuring proper execution of the closed deals along with complete documentation with the financial institutions.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products

- Good understanding of the Supply side Financial Institutions (Banks, NBFIs, and FinTechs) and their key focus area for financing sectors, industries, segments.

What will make you a great candidate:

- Work experience of 5-12 years in sales and relationship management handling Commercial, Mid Market, Large corporate relationships, focussed on Trade and Supply Chain Finance products with reputed banks / NBFCs / Fintechs.

- Proven track record in Acquisition and Onboarding of new corporates (large & mid sector) for supplier/vendor finance/channel finance/ factoring programs, nurturing existing relationships under the portfolio.

- Existing relationships in sectors like FMCG/FMCD/Paints and Chemicals /Auto and Auto Ancillaries,Healthcare etc along with understanding of their supply chain .

- Strong proficiency in Trade and Supply Chain Finance products, applicable regulations and ability to structure client specific solutions, identify and align the right FIs in order to optimise the programme.

- Strong senior and CXO level connects with large and mid corporates

- Understanding of the other Financial institutions in this space including (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs), strong relationships with them would be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.

- Go-getter ability to work independently with high level of ownership to take decisions on the client acquisition strategy and effectively and expand supply chain programmes.

- Ability to work efficiently with all internal stakeholders including product and technology, service teams to ensure handling operational & service queries.

- High achiever and has a track record of strong business performance

- Strong financial, analytical skills and technology orientation

- Prior team handling experience required / preferred.

- Qualified MBA from Tier 1 B-School
