We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and pursuing target market segments in the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in the B2B software industry, and experience with Oracle customer base is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Identification: Identify target market segments in the USA and Europe and key potential clients for Data/AI and Analytics. An Oracle customer base is an added advantage.
- Sales Strategy: Build a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Leadership: Lead the sales team and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to promote Gravity's B2B offerings.
- Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Data Lake and Digital Transformation.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Desired Skills:
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry, with mandatory experience in the US and/or Europe markets.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Education: Post Graduate degree in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing preferred.
