What You'll Do:

- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Manage existing partnerships, fostering strong relationships and maximizing their value.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of partnership programs.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape and partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure a seamless integration of partnerships with overall business strategies.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that generate tangible business results.
- Strong understanding of B2B partnerships and alliance management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges in partnership development.
- Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
