Sales Development Manager
About the Role:
- We're searching for a talented and results-oriented Sales Development Representative Manager (SDR Manager) to join our growing team.
- You'll play a key role in leading and motivating a team of SDRs to achieve ambitious lead generation and qualification goals.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales development strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to support their development.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their individual and team lead generation targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help SDRs improve their skills.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales prospecting strategies and lead qualification processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless lead nurturing and qualification process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and sales methodologies.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales development leadership or a related sales management role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing SDR teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome lead generation challenges.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
