BiteSpeed - Manager - Finance

What you'll do:

Financial Operations Rockstar:

- Manage all aspects of the financial cycle, including payroll processing, vendor payments and collections (accounts receivables).

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

- Oversee cash management, monitoring cash flow and optimizing working capital.

Compliance Champion:

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements like PF, PT, and GST.

- Oversee the completion of annual audits from a Big 4 accounting firm.

Strategic Partner:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Partner with department heads to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders like investors, banks, and auditors.

Growth Catalyst:

- Support fundraising efforts by developing investor presentations and financial projections.

- Identify cost-saving initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Passion for building a strong finance function from the ground up for a scaling SaaS company.

- Experience working in SaaS accounting is a plus.
