Responsibilities:
Market Development & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential clients within your assigned territory or industry segment.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, attending industry events, digital marketing).
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within your target market.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address client needs and challenges.
- Develop and present customized proposals that effectively address client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to expand our reach and market share (may or may not be applicable, adjust based on your company's needs).
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements (may or may not be applicable, adjust based on your company's needs).
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives (may or may not be applicable, adjust based on your company's needs).
Sales & Market Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of [3-5 years] of experience in a Business Development role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
