What You'll Do:
Customer Onboarding & Success:
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences that set customers up for success from day one.
- Proactively track customer adoption and usage, identifying opportunities to optimize their experience.
- Become a trusted product advisor, guiding customers on how to achieve their goals with BiteSpeed.
Customer Retention & Growth:
- Develop strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and advocacy for BiteSpeed.
- Manage account renewals and identify opportunities for upsells and expansion revenue.
- Closely monitor customer sentiment and gather valuable feedback to inform product development.
Scaling Customer Success:
- Help build and document best practices for the customer success function.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure our offerings continue to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes.

- You have 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related role at a high-growth SaaS startup (a plus, but not mandatory).

- You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport.
- You are analytical and data-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement
