Operations is at the core of our business, and as the Sr. Operations Manager in our team, you will get to build processes from scratch and take ownership of many verticals end to end.
Responsibilities :
- Strategizing and implementing operational processes at high speed that scale efficiently with hyper growth
- Owning city wise operations across different hubs
- Make data driven decisions to guide operational effeciency
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth coordination between them and operations
What we are looking for :
- 1+ years of consulting, marketing or operations management experience
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects
- Ability to influence and lead both internal teams and our service professionals
- Hustle and get things done attitude
- Super organized and a logical thinker
- Entrepreneurial DNA
- Bachelors degree, Masters in Business Administration is a definitive plus
- Experience of working in a startup is a plus
