A platform dedicated to the cause of knowledge sharing between experts and enterprises which constantly strive for new discoveries. insightMonk amalgamates and uniquely combines an experience of Google, LinkedIn, & Quora.

We are looking for a self-aware product leader with a strong growth mindset to help us create products and features for majority of our Fortune 1000 companies and cutting-edge startups globally. Part of the challenge is to understand the customer pain points and roll out features to address the same. Another challenge is to further our thinking on approaches to product development and user acquisition.

You should be a:

1. Visionary Team Leader:

- You should have led a small team (3-5 members), build a product from scratch, and bring key executive stakeholders along on the journey. You could bring others along with inspiration, clear communication, and deep listening skills

2. Great business partner:

- You are a known talent magnet and have experience in quickly recruiting best-of-class talent and developing them into a high-functioning team

3. Customer-focused and Data-Driven:

- Familiar with monetization metrics (ARPU, SAC/CAC, LTV, Churn et al), and evaluate what to collect, measure and improve

In Your role as a product leader, you will be:

- Be the voice of the customer: deeply understand the customer and their needs through empathy, research, customer demo & other interactions with partners

- Evangelizing & energizing the company with a real passion for the product

- Working closely with engineers, UX designers, Business development and Partners to deliver new products and features

- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and feature

- Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers

- Establish a shared vision across the company based on a strong market thesis

- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

- Understand strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry

Desired Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in building Saas products, product management or product design & prototyping

- Relevant experience in taking a novel idea from concept to delivering a new consumer product

- Experience in using lean and/or agile methodologies to test and build

- Create an environment that fosters high quality, metrics-driven experimentation and leads to impactful improvements with brand-positive business impact

- Working as ana early member of a startup or having created one of his/her own
