KEY RESULT AREAS
- Owner of Resource Management processes covering entire life cycle of a human resource
- Design, SOP and control of entire on boarding and off boarding covering all eight practices including Background Check & Non Solicitation processes
- Report key metrics to stake holders on periodic basis
- Monitoring output, evidences and defect of each practice
- Root cause analysis and action on deviation or defects
- All communication and training related to resource management to masses and leadership
- Automation and Digitization of possible steps to make the resource management processes efficient and fool proof
- Represent this function to Internal & External Audit with evidence, explanation, clarification
- Creation of service levels with standard SLA on On boarding & Off boarding steps and improvement over baseline
- Close all Incidents reported in Resource Management area
