- Ability to map business vision, identify organizational learning needs, and design training and development strategy that is aligned to business strategy and objectives.
- Responsible for Program Design and Co opting the Best in Class Faculty / Knowledge Partners in the delivery of Leadership / OD level initiatives for the Talent Pool, Senior Leadership team.
- Implement customized training programs and business processes to help the business units to increase productivity.
- Design, develop and deliver training interventions in the following areas – Management Development, Behavioural and Soft Skills Training, Experiential Learning, Sales and Business Development Training etc.
- Develop L&D strategy and generate implementation plan encompassing all areas of training.
- Lead and coach team members to implement training plan and L&D programs identified.
