We at Birla Sunlife Asset management co ltd are hiring Relationship managers for our Retail Sales Team in Mumbai. Please find hereunder the key job responsibilities :
Principal Accountabilities
1) To achieve the allocated equity and debt sales target
a) Profiling of the BANKs and targeting them accordingly.
b) Ensuring timely communication of information and personally meeting them periodically. generation, focused group discussions with investors
2) To achieve the allocated PMS sales target
a) Identify BANKs who have the requisite clientele for PMS and create awareness about our schemes and their performance among those distributors.
b) Accompany them on joint calls to meet their clients.
3) To achieve the targeted amount of new SIPs
a) Focus on the unique offering in this segment to maximize sales.
b) To communicate and educate the distributors about its advantages and potential as a tool for wealth creation.
4) To ensure that the targeted number of new investors (folios) is added
a) Ensuring that maximum existing investors of all IFAs are investing with us.
b) To support BANKs in new initiatives to help them increase their client base.
5) To ensure maximum POS activisation
a) To ensure widespread participation from all BANKs and monitor these numbers on a regular basis.
b) To conduct regular presentations and training sessions on a large scale to help increase participation.
