1. Liason with the sales teams and gain their mindshare on SME as a segment.
2. Explore market opportunities in the SME segment, identify possible cluster & plan penentration activities & events.
3. Ensure achievement of business targets through the penetrated SME segment in the assigned geography.
4. Organize Events & Knowledge Workshops for SMEs.
5. Building local brand & thought leadership for referral.
6. Build & run programs for building right distribution certain professions & cross section that constantly deal with SMEs.
7. Handhold new distribution along with Sales teams
8. Joint calls with Sales teams to initiate or close business.
9. Constantly coaching & mentoring sales team members on typical challenges that SMEs face to drive results.
10. Building a large funnel of SME Customers for systematic closure.
11. Closely work with Sales team members towards high closer rate, quantity & quality
