The purpose of this role is to facilitate sales of Retail Individual Life products through the existing verticals of Group Business comprising of Regional Business Managers & Account Managers. Building mindshare on the product and facilitating sales are some of the key ingredients of the role.
Key responsibility :
Achievement of the Business Plan
- Elaborate and sustained engagement with the sales team to ensure mindshare on the product
- Utilising the right business tools to unearth customer requirements.
- Effectively utilise concepts revolving around protection counselling etc.
Implementation of the entire sales process
- Ensuring effective liasoning and channelizing of resources required for smooth implementation of the sales process
Building review mechanisms to ensure due reporting and feedback analysis
- Monitoring the prospect funnel.
- Capturing of business conversion, sign ups and monitoring the progress of the same to the eventual closure.
- Drawing out the qualitative inputs by dwelling on the feedback to get the desired inputs.
This is a team handling role and would require candidate with team handling experience. The role would require good working knowledge in insurance products and financal markets.
