Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of owned and third-party events, ensuring they align with overarching business goals and sales objectives.
- Plan and manage regional events-including trade shows, roundtables, executive dinners, and roadshows. Handle all logistical details, from venue selection and contract negotiation to vendor coordination and budget management.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, SDRs, and account executives to drive lead generation, pipeline progression, and revenue growth through targeted event initiatives.
- Partner with sellers throughout the entire event lifecycle-pre-event strategy, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up-to maximize pipeline impact and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing impact. Track expenses, maintain financial accuracy, and optimize spending for the greatest ROI.
- Analyze marketing performance data to measure event success, track ROI, and guide future event strategy. Provide regular insights and recommendations.
- Work with demand generation, product marketing, brand marketing, and sales leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, venues, and other key stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences.
- Create impactful marketing content for sales enablement and event promotions.
- Present key findings, updates, and plans to internal teams, customers, and partners in a clear and engaging manner.
- Thrive in dynamic event environments, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of hands-on event marketing experience, particularly within the Americas region
- Proven ability to manage and execute end-to-end events
- Strong budget management and financial forecasting skills
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication abilities
