About the Role:

This role maximises sales volume, distribution, and brand execution while driving Bira 91's regional presence and experience. Key responsibilities include sales execution, distribution management, team building, and forming innovative partnerships to connect with young consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive secondary sales, build relationships, and execute promotions at outlets.

Expand distribution across wine and beer outlets and execute activations.

Identify and build innovative partnerships with creatives to enhance brand visibility.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Use data analysis to develop strategies and solve sales challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

7-12 years of sales experience in Alco Bev/Beverage industries.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
