What You Will Do Strategic planning - Create and present business cases, strategic decision proposals, and innovations in the overall product roadmap focused on consumers. - Analyze the existing product requirements and devise strategy for implementing new features and processes into the product lifecycle. Product portfolio management - Oversee the product experience from start to finish, ensuring the customer is considered at each stage of the development process. - Responsible for the development, testing, launch, and discovery of new products. - Loyalty and Rewards Program: Define and enhance the loyalty and rewards program, including point systems, tiers, benefits, and redemption options, to drive player engagement and long-term loyalty. A typical day-in-life would incorporate: - Understanding customer needs and demands. - Estimating product costs and setting pricing - Coordinating between senior management, product marketing, and development teams - Creating production schedules - Setting up a product backlog with prioritization of in-demand features, and more - Incorporate gamification elements into the loyalty and rewards program, such as achievements, challenges, and leaderboards, to enhance player excitement and competition. What Do You Need to Have To Join Us... Experience - 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on customer loyalty, rewards, and gamification and a deep understanding of the D2C/ e-commerce market and end users. They are also informed about the latest industry trends and should incorporate them into their product. - Hands-on experience on Performance Marketing - A fundamental understanding of the Agile methodology and how to implement it from scratch. Communication Skills You Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, to convey product information, negotiate deals, and present the value proposition to convince customers/stakeholders.
