Regional Sales HRBP (Manager / Senior Manager)

Role & Responsibility:

Talent Attraction:

- Responsible for sourcing the right talent across levels and functions based on specific requirements in business and develop new and innovative methods to attract the best talent.

Increasing workforce capability:

- Drive Talent Management initiatives for increasing sales capability.

- Driving and overseeing the strategic decisions involved in Recruitment and selection process and ensure cadence to the Hiring process.

- Support in standardizing PMS systems across sales teams and ensure KPI tracking in Mid-Year and Annual cycle.

Increasing productivity of sales workforce:

- Partner with Business to drive the Incentives scheme across all levels-driving the target allocation and ensure timeliness and accuracy of Incentive data.

- Responsible for driving sales cadence across the teams- driving the automations, GV reporting etc.

- Create and execute a robust process for assessing sales performance and root cause analysis for instances where performance is not at the desired levels.

Manpower Budgeting & Planning:

- Closely work with Zone Head to get requirement on manpower planning based on sales and distribution plans.

- Tracking and adherence to the Budget (Budget vs Actual) and ensuring corrective actions in case of any deviations.

Employee Engagement and Grievance:

- Overseeing the entire gamut of employee engagement initiatives and providing strategic support as and when required.

- Undertake initiatives to actively engage with employees and assist in resolving their grievances to ensure superior employee experience.

Experience:

- 4-6 years previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

- HR Business Partner role supporting Sales, FMCG, or other customer-facing organization.

- Should speak & understand Kannada & Telugu language.

- Strong time-management and organization skills

- Solid understanding of Sales concepts.

- Solid process orientation, with understanding of resource management and allocation.

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to effectively partner with all levels of Sales leadership.

- Robust interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork, collaboration and confidentiality
