- Preparation and analysis of Monthly Financials.

- Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements.

- Analyze and explain the variances vs the ABPs.

- Track Key KPIs.

- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly forecasts.

- Preparation of forecasted financials.

- Avoid surprises by predicting red flags on business performance.

- Weekly cash flow planning.

- Alignment with the business heads.

- Conducting monthly reviews with Restaurant teams to discuss various MIS, Scorecards, identifying issues and corresponding actions plans.

- Business Partnering.

- Ensuring strong financial partnership with the Business teams on all aspects.

- Including and not limited to regular analysis of various platforms available.

- Building key business insights for the team to action on.

- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
