SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: - The communications lead will be responsible for defining the overall content strategy with both consumer and trade. He/she will be responsible for budgeting, planning, and performance optimization of communications and content for all brand and variant campaigns. - He/she will also oversee brand activations in the context of events, content and strategic partnerships for the delivery of a through the line strategy which is in line with overall company objectives. He / she will also demonstrate strong creative photo and video development skills and will be responsible for creating, improving, and achieving our marketing goals. - He/she should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented and work with internal & external teams in a highly collaborative manner. - He /she will be also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency across all markets. Ultimately, he /she should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, experiences, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. - He / she will work with content managers, internal teams, and external agencies to convey a unique brand voice for each brand, authentic content that promotes relevant engagement and drives brand awareness. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive collaboration and implement content strategy across multiple platforms including online and offline - Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term targets for brand and marketing campaigns. - Create compelling and engaging content by working with brand partners, ambassadors, agencies, and freelancers. - Own the influencer marketing initiatives & platform partnerships for the brand & all variants. - Plan and execute product and lifestyle photoshoots as per the marketing calendar. - Custodian of 90-day content calendar. - Define and manage market specific KPIs and ongoing performance using social tools for measurement and evaluation. Brand Activations and Experience: - Lead the development and deployment of experiential marketing campaigns in alignment with brand marketing calendar. This role will require focus on driving regional culture-focused initiatives in music, art, sports and social innovation initiatives. - You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely event execution and planning. Collaboration with the International teams to align content strategy to local market requirements across all relevant platforms. Digital Asset Management: - Manage the company wide Digital Asset library - with appropriate user access. - Maintain a roster of vendors for photography across markets - for local teams to tap into when required. Budgets & Reporting: Manage and track ROI on brand budget for content. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Management from premier Institute. - Journalism / communications background preferred. - Experience in content creation/production - photography + video. - Experience in managing teams of 8+ and multiple projects with tight timelines - Strong copy writing skills. - Strong content production skills - moodboarding, production, knowledge of equipment and scheduling.
