Biotech Manager - Research & Development - Pharma

JOB PROFILE:

Industry: Candidate should be from Cosmetics, Personal Care Industries

Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in the research and development of bioactive and excipient ingredients in the Cosmetics and Personal Care industries.

Expertise in:

- Cell biology

- Bio fragmentation

- Bio transfer

- Gene synthesis

- Able to run biotech lab

- Able to lead, develop and commercialize various bio-based ingredients by processes of fermentation & bio transformation for cosmetics & personal care industries.

1. Manage and supervise the bio-analytical section

3. Carry out all Projects to successful completion within RM costing

4. Provide Documents pertaining to the department / management, if and when Needed

5. Write and prepare reports and documents

7. Transfer the completed projects to pilot plant with all documents

8. Repot to Head - Biotech for R&D developments on regular basis.

New R&D Projects :

- should be completed in a given time.

- Identify potential new projects and develop same.

- Co-Ordinate planning for the project and process execution in R&D.

- Data interpretation from experiments and Reporting.

- Follow & adhere Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

- Man management & documentation
