Role Objective:

A key objective of this position is to ensure design/redesign, development and implementation of org. work practices tools and formats so as to streamline and enhance effectiveness of org. practices and ultimately leading to effective and efficient performance assessments of people and culture management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Masters degree in HRM or MBA is preferred.

Experience:


- 3-6 years in HR roles, with experience in MIS, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational work practices.

Skills:


- Proficiency in HRMS, advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and data analysis for performance tracking and reporting.

Competencies:


- Strong interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, project management skills, and attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

Organizational Work Practices (OWP):

- Design/redesign mechanism (formats /tools) and Institutionalize & monitor adherence to organizational work practices (OWP), maintaining compliance through regular tracker updates.

Scaling Documentation & Follow-Up:

- Develop the HR function scaling document annually and track implementation.

- Coordinate with departments to maintain accurate scaling documentation and tracker updates.

- Performance parameters scoring and Performance Tracking:.

- Schedule and conduct quarterly KRA review meetings, updating performance tracking as to KRA and other org. practices formats / tools.

Integrated performance review mechanism implementation and review:

- Prepare/refine org. level formats / tools / mechanism and ensure implementation and execution at department level by timely training and coordination.

- Collate all org. practices formats /tools and help analyze people performance in a consolidated manner, leading to categorisation of employees across A,B, C,D grading.

Code of Conduct Adherence:

- Ensure strict adherence to the organizations code of conduct at all locations, fostering a compliant and ethical workplace.

HR Policies/SOPs:

- Support in drafting / communicating HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance to org. culture.

Functional Skill Required:

- Experience in HR documentation, process flow development, data collection and compilation, and performance assessment.

- Expertise in employee engagement strategies.

- Strong proficiency in HR systems, data management, and presentation skills.

- High-level skills in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting.

- High level of project management skills, including task orientation, coordination and achieving org. objectives with respect to cultural practices.

Behavioral Skill Required:

Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to present HR data and insights.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines.

Collaboration: Works well across functions, building productive partnerships for HR initiatives.

Proactivity: Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements and taking action.

Ensure execution of defined practices across organization.

Team Size to be Handled: Individual contributor role, reporting directly to the GM HR.

Key Result Areas (KRA):


- Effective documentation and tracking for scaling up practices/ formats across HR and other departments.

- Successful KRA review and update outcomes, with timely adherence to schedules.

- Timely presentation and updates on all org. practices formats/ tools and performance parameters.

- Consistent application and review of the ABCD grading system for performance management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Timeliness in Scaling Documentation: HR and departmental scaling documentation completed within defined timelines.

KRA Review Completion Rate: 100% adherence to quarterly and annual KRA schedules Org. Practices formats / tools completion & review: Comprehensive and accurate presentations of key organizational insights and issue resolutions.

ABCD Grading Compliance: 95% adherence in performance assessments following the ABCD grading system.
